Other Products: White card, hot glue gun, Ranger Distress Ink – Victorian Velvet, Bone folder, Ranger Archival Chrome Yellow ink

 INSTRUCTIONS
Take the Treasured Heart Gift Box Die and cut six plain side pieces in white card. Cut two hexagonal die pieces in white card. Burnish all the flaps on the gift box die pieces with a bone folder. Using Dries Clear Glue, adhere the base flaps to the hexagon die cut piece. The flaps go underneath. Glue all the side flaps to the inside of the box, one at a time. Adhere the second hexagon die piece to the base to hide all the flaps. Allow to dry.

Take one of the pretty papers and the small half oval die from the Gift Box die set. Die cut six of these for the flaps for the lid. Adhere to the top of the lid with Dries Clear glue. Cut out six 2.2 inch squares in the same pretty paper as you used for the lid. Adhere these to the sides of the box. Take the decorative center square die, die cut six in white card, adhere these to the front of each side panel.

Die cut six solid double hearts in dark pink paper from the paper collection pad. Die cut six of the decorative double hearts in white card. Glue together in pairs just in the center of each die cut. Adhere to the center of each side panel.

Using Heartfelt Flower Shaping Paper, stamp, color in and die cut a lot of Wild Roses. Stamp and color one batch with Lilac Posies ink and the daubers. Stamp and color another batch in Victorian Velvet ink. You will need to make six small roses, three medium roses, two large roses and one extra-large rose in both colors. Also make eight rose buds and seven leaves. All the roses are double layered. All the buds are finished with a green petal leaf. When all the roses and leaves are cut and colored, place them in the molds. You can place up to three layers at a time. Lightly spritz with water, run through a die cutting machine, tap out and allow to dry. Add extra color to the flower tips, using a dauber and Plum ink for the pink roses and Chrome yellow for the yellow roses. Add stamens to the rose centers. Glue in place. Don’t forget to offset your petals as you go.

Using hot glue, adhere a small double layer rose to the center of each heart on the side panels of the box. Now make a flower arrangement for the top of the box by adhering an assortment of roses to a piece of white card. Fill in the gaps with smaller roses. Cut around the card until you cannot see any excess card. Adhere to the top of the box. Adhere rose buds and leaves all around the edges to fill in any small gaps. Using Dries Clear glue and a small brush, add glue to the flowers and leaves, cover with glitter. Allow to dry. All done.
