30th September Spellbinders How to Make a Gatefold card - Oh Joyful Day Christmas Card

Morning Spellbinders crafters, here is a Gatefold card for you with full instructions below.

PRODUCTS USED

SPELLBINDERS 3D Embossing Folder

SPELLBINDERS Dancin & Giftin Mouse Cutting Die Set

SPELLBINDERS Scallop Labels and Tags Die Set

SPELLBINDERS Oh Joyful  Day 12x12 inch papers

OTHER PRODUCTS FROM MY STASH

1 x sheet of 300gsm cardstock, score board and tool, white, pink, green and darker green cardstock, small scrap of grey card for the mouse eye, dries clear glue, clear glitter


HERES HOW

Take a sheet of A4 cardstock, (300gsm),  cut to 10" x7" to make a 5" x 7" gatefold card

Score and fold along the 10" edge at 2.5" and 7.5"

Cover the center inside panel with paper from the Oh Joyful Day 12" x 12" papers

Cut two panels of the same paper at 2.5" x 7", adhere to the two front panels

Die cut three Scallop Labels and Tags (3" x 2 and 2.5" x 1) in green and dark green cardstock, adhere two together

Die cut the Dancin' & Giftin' Mouse, 4 times, in green, pink and white card and tartan paper

Die cut the box in tartan paper 

Glue the white mouse together, then adhere  the coloured parts

Adhere the ribbon to the box, adhere the mouse and gift box to the scallop tag 

Cover the back of the scallop with the third scallop tag to tidy up the back

Adhere the scallop tag to the left side of the card front with foam tape

Run the 3D Embossing Folder - A GIFT FOR YOU - through a die cutting machine using white card, adhere to green card, adhere to inside of the card

Add glitter to the mouse and box.

All done.

25th September - ELIZABETH CRAFT DESIGNS JOYOUS CHRISTMAS COLLECTION - CARD

Here is my latest card with the

This Christmas collection is stunning

ELIZABETH CRAFT DESIGNS

HOLLY GREENERY - 2153

FLORALS 21 - 2151

JOYOUS CHRISTMAS PAPER PAD


HERES HOW

Cut a piece of paper to  6 3/4" x 4 3/4" - from the Joyous Christmas Paper Pad

Adhere to a 5" x7" card blank 

Die cut lots of greenery,  colour in with inks using daubers, leave some white

Die cut an assortment of florals, colour in with ink, lightly shape with a shaping tool and a mat, peirce centers, add matching stamens

Use three layers for the large, two layers for the medium and one layer for the small flower, add glue and offset the petals as you go

Adhere the largest flower with hot glue to the top right corner of the card

Adhere lots of the greenery, adhere the rest of the flowers

Add a sentiment if required.

ALL DONE.

SPELLBINDERS DESIGN TEAM CARD FOR CREATE AND CRAFT TV - For You


Morning Spellbinders Crafters, hope everyone is well. Here is one of my Spellbinders cards for the SPELLBINDERS DESIGN TEAM and CREATE AND CRAFT TV

For this card I used SPELLBINDERS ESSENTIAL ENVELOPE DIE SET and the SPELLBINDERS BUILD A PLAID STENCIL



HERES HOW
Cut a peice of aqua cardstock to 5 3/4 " square, adhere onto a 6 inch square card blank
Take a sheet of super smooth white cardstock and the stencils, sponge on yellow and aqua inks through the various plaid stencils
When dry, die cut the Essential Envelope from the plaid card
Score and fold on all score lines, glue in place, adhere to card front with foam tape
Cut a peice of matching yellow card 2"x 51/2", adhere to side of card
Cut a thin peice of matching aqua card, adhere to yellow card
Die cut the flowers, five small petals and five small white backings
Colour in with aqua inks, leave the backs white
Die cut lots of small flowers in white card
Die cut an assortment of leaves, colour in with green ink
Lightly shape all leaves and petals with a flower shaping tool and mat
Add mini pearls to the centers and glue in place.
Adhere the flowers across the front of the envelope, adhere the leaves, I used hot glue
Die cut the words FOR YOU in white card and yellow card, adhere 
Die cut the small bow, in white card, colour in with aqua ink, adhere together, adhere to card
Using a small sponge and dries clear glue, add glue then sprinkle on the glitter.
All done. I hope you give it a go.

SPELLBINDERS DESIGN TEAM CARD for CREATE AND CRAFT TV- For You Card

Morning Spellbinders Crafters, hope everyone is well. Here is one of my Spellbinders cards for the 

SPELLBINDERS DESIGN TEAM and CREATE AND CRAFT TV

For this card I used SPELLBINDERS ESSENTIAL ENVELOPE DIE SET


HERES HOW
Cut a peice of pale peach cardstock to 5 3/4 " square, adhere onto a 6 inch square card blank
Die cut the Essential Envelope in yellow card. Score and fold on all score lines, glue in place
Die cut another envelope in white card, cut off the part with the flap to insert inside the yellow envelope, adhere envelope and flap to the card front slightly off center
Die cut the flowers, four large layers and six small layers, colour in with peach and yellow inks
Die cut lots of small flowers in white card
Die cut an assortment of leaves, colour in with green ink
Lightly shape all leaves and petals with a flower shaping tool and mat
Add stamens in matching colours to the flowers, then offset the petals and glue in place.
Adhere the flowers across the front of the envelope, adhere the leaves, I used hot glue
Die cut the words FOR YOU in white card, adhere 
Die cut the butterfly with three layers, one in white card and two in peach card, adhere together, adhere to card
Using a small sponge and dries clear glue, add glue then sprinkle on the glitter.
All done. I hope you give it a go.

6 inch card blank, peach card, yellow card, white card, Ranger inks, stamens, hot glue gun, dries clear glue, clear glitter, Spellbinders dies, Spellbinders die cutting machine, score board and tool, flower making mat and tool.

18th September ELIZABETH CRAFT DESIGNS card with the Evening Rose Dies


Morning Elizabeth Craft Designs Crafters, Happy Wednesday.

Here is my latest card with the Evening Rose Dies and these gorgeous Butterflies.

I love soft  pastel colours, especially pink, I  hope you like it.

EVENING ROSE DIES - FLORALS 28

HERES HOW

Cover a 6 inch square card blank with pretty paper. 

Die cut the largest Elegant Decorative Border in white card, cut to size and adhere across the card center

Die cut an assortment of flowers and leaves in white card, colour in with inks in pink, yellow and green, lightly shape with a flower shaping tool and mat

Using matching stamens, make a hole in the flower centers and thread stamens through, add glue and offset petals as you go. I used three layers for the large and medium flowers and single layers for the rest

Die cut two butterflies in white card, colour in using the same colours as the flowers, adhere the layers together

Start decorating the card front with the flowers and leaves using hot glue

Adhere the two butterflies

Now is the time to add a sentiment

Using dries clear glue and a small sponge, sponge on the glue and then sprinkle on clear glitter

All done.

10th September Elizabeth Craft Designs Card - Hello

Morning Elizabeth Craft Designs Crafters, here is my latest card.

I have chosen soft pastel colours for this card, I  hope you like it.

PRODUCTS

ELIZABETH CRAFT DESIGNS

Garden Party Paper Pad, Evening Rose Dies, Elegant Decorative Box Die Set, Layered Greetings Die Set

HERES HOW

 Cover a 5"x7" card blank with blue paper from the paper pad, cut to 4 3/4 " x 6 3/4"

Die cut an Elegant Decorative Border from the Elegant Decorative Border Die Set, in white card. Adhere down the center of card

Die cut a fancy Oval from the Elegant Decorative Box Die Set, in white card

Die cut a plain oval from the set in blue paper, adhere the two together

Adhere to front of card with foam tape

Die cut an assortment of flowers and leaves from the Florals 28 Die Set

Colour in with green. blue, yellow and peach inks

Make one large flower, three medium flowers, and lots of smaller flowers

Add stamens to the center of each flower in co ordinating colours

Adhere around the oval frame with hot glue

Die cut the word Hello from the Layered Greetings Die set, in white card and blue paper, adhere together, adhere to front of card with foam tape

Using dries clear glue and a sponge, apply glue then sprinkle glitter all over the card.

ALL DONE

3rd September ELIZABETH CRAFT DESIGNS - Thank You Card

EVENING ROSE DIES

Garden Party Paper Pad



HERES HOW

Cover a 6 inch square card blank with pretty paper from the pad

Cut a 5 inch square of similar patterned paper, adhere

Die cut an assortment of flowers and leaves from the Florals 28 die set

Colour with Ranger inks using a sponge dauber

Lightly shape with a flower shaping tool and foam mat

Start making the flowers by threading through matching stamens

I used three layers of petals for the large pink flowers, two layers for the medium flowers and single layers for the small flowers

Add glue in between each layer

Start adding flowers and leaves down the center of the card using hot glue

Die cut the front and back of the sentiment. Adhere together. Adhere to card front

Add glitter by sponging on dries clear glue then sprinkle on the glitter

All done.

WHAT I USED

Evening Rose flower 28 dies, Garden Party Paper Pad, Thank you Sentiment - Garden Party, Assorted stamens, Ranger inks, Glitter, Dries clear glue, hot glue gun, 6 inch square card blank, white card.
