Now I want to share with you an adorable collection that will bring a smile to your face! The Candy Cane Cottage collection is filled with the happiest little penguin scenes, a candy cane cottage, and peppermint candy canes. Plus there is a fabulous decorative die that comes along with the collection too. What I personally love about this collection is the childlike joy and carefree playfulness of the penguins at holiday time! They're not caught up in the hustle and bustle of the season, but instead are having a jolly good time! I believe you will love creating inspiration with this collection, the options are almost limitless, really! 

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Cover a 7 1/2 inch square card blank with a piece of candy stripe paper from the Candy Cane Cottage paper pad 7 1/4 inches square. Cut out a piece of red paper from the paper pad,  6  3/4 inches square, adhere this to the front of the card. Cut out a 6 inch square panel of candy cane stripe paper from the paper pad, matt this onto white pearl card cut to 6 1/4 inches square. Adhere this to the front of the card. Cut another piece of red paper 5 inches square, matt onto white pearl card cut to 5 1/4 inches square.
2. Die cut the Starry Night Decorative Die in white pearl card, twice. Adhere these to make a circle on to the front of the card. Make sure the join is going across the center front. Cut out a candy cane stripe border 1 inch x 7 1/4 inches long, adhere this along the center of the doily to hide the joins.
3. Cut out the sentiment from the paper pad, matt onto white pearl card, adhere using foam strips to the center of the card.
4. Stamp with black ink the two large candy canes from the Season of Glee Cling Stamp set. Colour them in with markers. Die cut with the co ordinating die. Adhere to the right side of the card, crossing them over in the middle.
5. Stamp with black ink the four penguins from the Merry Moments Cling Stamp set. Colour in with markers, die cut with the co ordinating die. Adhere each pair with foam strips to either side of the sentiment.
6. Stamp with black ink the holly berry strip from the Glow of Christmas Cling Stamp set (from the Candlelit Christmas Collection), twice. Colour in with markers, die cut with the co ordinating die. Cut one up and adhere around the penguins. Adhere the second holly strip to the base of the sentiment.
7. Using dries clear glue, add lots of ultra- fine glitter to the penguins, holly and candy canes. 

All done.

Now I want to share with you an adorable collection that will bring a smile to your face! The Candy Cane Cottage collection is filled with the happiest little penguin scenes, a candy cane cottage, and peppermint candy canes. INSTRUCTIONS

• Cover a 7 3/4 x 5 3/4 white card blank with pretty red paper from the Candy Cane Cottage Paper Pad, leaving a small gap all around the edges.
• Take the Intricate Swirl Frames Die and die cut in white card. Adhere a pretty panel from the paper pad cut to 3 6/8 x 5 6/8 inches inside the frame.
• Stamp with jet black ink the Candy Cane Cottage  twice, using the Candy Cane Cottage stamp. Colour in with your markers, die cut with the co ordinating die. Die cut a separate piece for the roof over-hang, die cut the small window circle, die cut the other window, die cut the door. Colour these in with your markers and adhere to each part with foam strips. Stamp and die cut the door frame, colour in and adhere to the door. Cut out another snowy front door step, adhere.
• Stamp with jet black ink the penguin from the Merry Moments Cling Stamp set, colour in with markers, die cut with the co ordinating die. Adhere to the front of the Candy Cane Cottage with glue and foam strips.
• Stamp with jet black ink, the small candy canes from the Season of Glee Cling Stamp Set, colour in with markers, die cut with the co ordinating die, adhere to the side of the penguin.
• Stamp with coffee ink the poinsettias and holly leaves, colour in with markers, die cut with the co ordinating dies. Glue two sets of the flower petals together, offset the petals and add a small white stamen. Adhere with hot glue and add in the holly leaves. Adhere another holly leaf to the corner of the card, beneath the penguin. 
• Add dries clear glue to all the parts you want to add glitter. Add ultrafine transparent glitter.
• Cut out a sentiment from the paper pad, matt onto white card, adhere to the side of the door.
• All done.

INSTRUCTIONS

Cover an 8 x 8inch blank card with green paper from the Candy Cane Cottage paper collection. 

Matt a 6 x 6 inch square of blue paper from the paper pack onto a 6 and a half inch square of white card. 

Die cut two Heart of Joy Decorative Die pieces in white card. Adhere the die pieces to top and bottom of card front. 

Adhere the blue matted square to the front of the card. 

Cut out a border strip from the paper pad, adhere a third of the way up the card. 

Using black ink, stamp the Candy Cane Cottage onto white card twice. 

Colour in with your markers or pencils. Die cut out a separate roof piece, door, door frame, window and small round window. 

Adhere these pieces to the cottage. Adhere cottage to the center of the card.

Stamp using coffee ink, then colour in various penguins. Die cut with the co ordinating die. 

Adhere two pairs outside the cottage. Adhere the rest using foam pads. 

Stamp in coffee ink, then colour in and die cut three trees, adhere with foam pads.

Stamp with coffee ink, the poinsettias and holly leaves.

Using the daubers, colour in with leaf green and pink peony ink.  

Die cut out the poinsettias and holly leaves. 

Use the mold to shape the flowers and leaves, not forgetting to spritz with water lightly first. Next, shape with the Deluxe Flower Shaping Tools.

Glue the flower layers together with hot glue, adhere around the card. Adhere the leaves.

Add Prills and glitter to the flowers, add glitter to the leaves, add glitter where snow would be and to the penguins.

Cut out a sentiment from the paper pack, adhere with foam pads.
