28th February Happy Easter card with Relatively Yours Design Team

HAPPY EASTER COLLECTION
Papers from the collections, two chicks, two bunnies, sentiment

OTHER PRODUCTS
6x6inch card blank, Ranger Archival Ink - Paradise Teal, Fancy Circle Dies x 2, foam pads, dries clear glue, clear glitter, circle cutter.
***

INSTRUCTIONS
Adhere 5 3/4 inch square blue of paper from the paper collection to the front of the card blank
Die cut a fancy 5 inch circle in the grid paper, adhere
Die cut a 3 1/2 inch blue circle, ink the edges adhere with foam tape
Using a 3 inch circle cutter, cut out the bunnies from the paper collection, adhere
Die cut a 3 inch fancy circle, ink the edges, adhere
Cut out the sentiment adhere
Fussy cut two chicks, adhere either end of sentiment
Add a little glitter to the chicks
All done.

Did you know every last Friday of each month we have a blog hop filled with beautiful inspiration from the Alumni Design team?

Are you looking to jumpstart your creativity? If you feel stuck and want some ideas to get you started, you are in the perfect spot!

The Alumni Team has been hard at work creating loads of crafty inspiration for you this month!

You can find the complete hop list near the bottom of this post.

THE HOP BEGINS AT

 8AM EST on Friday, February 25, 2022 and runs until 11:55PM EST on Monday, February 28th, 2022.

At that time a randomly chosen comment from a mystery blog will be chosen to win a $25 Heartfelt Creations Gift Card. Heartfelt Creations is also giving away a second $25 gift card for a randomly chosen comment from their blog.
The winners will be announced on the Heartfelt Creations blog and Facebook page on Wednesday, March 2nd, 2022. 
The winner has 72 hours to claim the prize by emailing socialmedia@heartfeltcreations.com. Please write “Winner of the February 2022 Alumni Hop” in the subject line. 


There are TWO Heartfelt Creations $25 Gift Certificates up for grabs: one comment will be randomly chosen from a mystery blog in the hop. The other comment will be randomly chosen from the Heartfelt Creations Blog.

OTHER PRODUCTS
5x7inch card blank, Foam tape, Yellow stamens, Clear Glitter, Yellow Ink, Hot Glue Gun.


INSTRUCTIONS

Cover a 5x7 inch card blank with paper from the Floral Frames paper pad cut to 4 3/4 x 6 3/4 inches

Die cut the largest Majestic Swirl Frame in white card, adhere with foam tape

Cut a rectangle in the same paper to fit inside the die cut, adhere with Dries Clear Glue

Die cut the cottage from Sheet 6B with the Curvy Floral Frames die

Die cut another frame in white card 

Adhere the white frame on top of the cottage frame, tape the cottage insert to the rear to hold all three pieces together

Adhere this down with foam tape

Stamp, color and die cut four Wild rose layers in yellow ink

Place in Flower Shaping Mold, lightly spritz with water and run through a die cutting machine, lightly shape with the flower shaping tool kit if needed

Pierce holes in the centers, add two layers together, offset the petals, add glue, thread stamens through the hole
Do the same with the Sunflowers but add Prills to the centers

Stamp, color and die cut some Leafy Accents leaves

Place in Leafy Accents Shaping Mold, lightly spritz with water and run through a die cutting machine

When dry, color the tips of the leaves lightly with Vibrant Fuschia ink

Using hot glue, adhere flowers and leaves around the cottage

Take a brush or sponge, add Dries Clear Glue to wherever you would like glitter

Sprinkle clear glitter all over the flowers and leaves

All done.

 Floral Frames Paper Pad - Sheets 5A & 11B
Leafy Accents Leaves Stamp & Dies
Prills - You had me at Yellow

OTHER PRODUCTS
6x4inch card blank, Foam tape, Clear Glitter, Yellow Ink, Hot Glue Gun.


INSTRUCTIONS

Cover a 6x4inch card with the green sheet 11B from the Floral Frames Paper Collection
Die cut the Curvy Floral Frame in white card
Die cut the cottage with the Curvy Floral Frame die from sheet 5A
Using tape, adhere the cottage to the inside of the white frame on the reverse
Adhere this to the front of the card with foam tape
Stamp, colour and die cut four large Sunflowers in Ranger Archival Vibrant Fuschia Ink using  Flower Shaping paper
Place in a flower shaping mold, lightly spritz with water and run through a die cutting machine
Glue two layers together offsetting the petals as you go then pierce holes in the centers 
Stamp, colour and die cut six small flowers from the Curvy Floral Frame Set using yellow ink and Flower Shaping paper
Shape with the shaping tools
Stamp, colour and die cut the Leafy Accents Leaves in Ranger Archival Veridian Ink and Flower Shaping paper
Place in the Leafy Accents Mold, lightly spritz with water and run through a die cutting machine
Tap out and when dry add a little Vibrant Fuschia ink to the edges of the leaves
Adhere the pink Sunflowers to frame using hot glue
Adhere the mini flowers around the Sunflowers with hot glue
Adhere the leaves around the flowers using hot glue
Add Dries Clear Glue to the flower centers, add yellow Prills
When dry, using Dries Clear glue and a brush or sponge, brush glue everywhere you would like glitter
Add clear glitter
All done.

21st February RELATIVELY YOURS DESIGN TEAM REVEAL EASTER CARD

PRODUCTS USED
Happy Easter Paper Collection
Two birds, One chick, large bunny, birdhouse, Happy Easter Sentiment, various foliage, Easter eggs.

OTHER PRODUCTS
5x7 inch card blank, purple card, foam pads, dries clear glue.

INSTRUCTIONS
Cover a 5x7 inch card blank with purple card, leave a small gap around the edge
Cut a  4 1/2 x 6 1/2 piece of paper from the paper collection, adhere
Cut out the birdhouse, adhere with foam pads
Fussy cut the birds, bunny, chick and three Easter eggs
Fussy cut lots of assorted foliage
Cut out the sentiment
Adhere all the elements in place
Add clear glitter with dries clear glue.
All done.
